Altar Guild

The Altar Guild is a “hidden” ministry that involves laundering and ironing the altar linens, communion set-up and take-down, placing flowers and collection plates on the altar, filling altar candles and caring for the communion vessels.

Deacons & Usher Team

The Deacons assist church members and guests during our worship service by helping to hand out communion, taking collections, and overseeing the service.

The Usher Team assists people into our worship services by handing out bulletins, helping with collection, and general oversight of the service.

Greeters and Readers

The Greeters meet and greet members and guests as they enter the church and also distribute worship materials.  Please join them as one of our “friendly faces” to extend a warm welcome on Sunday mornings!

The Readers are responsible for reading the Sunday morning Bible verses.

Audio & Visual Tech Team

The Audio and Visual Tech Team provides tech support for the worship bands as well as all aspects of the projector and screen. This support includes balancing all sound during the services and maintaining equipment along with preparing and running the projector for use in worship.

Cemetery Committee

The Cemetery Committee exists to maintain and beautify the Trinity cemetery. They coordinate work groups for spring and fall clean-ups. They also establish core groups for overseeing excavation and finishing of burial sites.

Building & Grounds Committee

The Building and Grounds Committee takes care of all God has physically given us here at Trinity. The buildings & grounds and what is in and on them is their responsibility to keep up, repair or beautify. They have a wonderful team of men and women who give of their time and talents to make it all happen!

Stewardship Ministry

The Stewardship Ministry encourages members to use their time, talents, treasures, and spiritual gifts to serve God, the congregation, and the community.

Counters

The Counters are a team of people who count, sort, and record the weekly offerings.

Office Helpers

The Office Helpers are responsible for preparing the bulletins for worship services as well as helping with the weekly Life at Trinity sheet.

Finance Committee

The Finance Committee takes care of the following: weekly offering & count deposits; scheduling & training our Sunday counters; annual church & school budget planning; financial reporting; accounting practice updates; banking practice annual review; annual staff benefit recommendations and review; church treasurer work. They also work with the school & church secretary on the banking budget; financial matters/annual audit of church & school accounts; manage church & school endowment committee; develop church member memorial plan and oversee church & school leasing contracts.
